Ingredients for Easy Chicken (with skin) Recipe

  • 83.33 g chicken
  • 0.67 Pieces medium onion cut
  • 0.33 Inch ginger
  • 0.33 Tbsp meat masala powder
  • 0.33 Inch cinnamon stick
  • 0.33 Tbsp oil
  • 0.33 Pieces lime
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Easy Chicken (with Skin) Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a kadhai.
  • STEP 2.Add cinnamon stick, ginger straps, onion slices and fry till fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add chicken pieces and stir well.
  • STEP 4.Add salt, meat masala powder and fry on high flame stirring gently to coat well.
  • STEP 5.Add little atta(wheat flour) to thicken the gravy.
  • STEP 6.Add hot water and simmer over medium heat till the chicken is cooked and tender.
  • STEP 7.Gravy consistency varies from one individual to the other.
  • STEP 8.Add lime juice and a few wedges in the end. Don't cook the lime as it will turn the taste of gravy, bitter.
  • STEP 9.Serve immediately with hot rice.
