Directions: Chicken Paella Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large paella pan or skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • STEP 2.In the same pan, add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until softened.
  • STEP 3.Add rice, saffron, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the rice with the spices.
  • STEP 4.Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
