Ingredients for Chicken Gyros Recipe

  • 1/4 Meat from whole rotisserie chicken roughly shredded
  • 3/4 tablespoon Sunflower oil
  • 1/2 Cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice about the juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/4 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tablespoon Honey
  • 15 milliliter Chicken stock
  • 1 Warmed greek flatbreads
  • 1/2 Romaine or little gem lettuce shredded
  • 0.06 Cucumber chopped into small chunks
  • 2 Cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 0.13 Red onion sliced into thin slices
  • 1 tablespoon Tzatziki try my homemade version
  • 0.06 teaspoon Dried oregano
