  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Onion -finely diced
  • 1 Cloves garlic -crushed
  • 1/2 Green chili -finely diced
  • 1.50 tablespoon Fresh tomato -diced
  • 3/4 tablespoon Tsp tomato paste -mixed with a couple water
  • 0.13 cup Water
  • 10 piece Finely julienned fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cilantro -minced
  • 9.50 ounce 1 can chickpeas
  • As required A bit of cilantro and diced tomato to garnish
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kasoor methi fenugreek leaves
  • 0.13 teaspoon 1 mild kashmiri chili powder is medium heat, 1 is pretty hot
  • 1/2 teaspoon Indian restaurant mix powder or curry powder -recipe link below
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chana masala spice mix -store bought or another of curry powder
