Ingredients for East India Style Prawn Curry Recipe

  • 1/2 kilogram Prawn
  • 1/2 Garlic Pod
  • 2 Onions
  • 1/2 Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon East Indian Bottle Masala
  • 3 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tomato Paste
  • As required Small Coconut
  • 1 s Milk
  • pinch Sugar
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon East Indian Vinegar

Directions: East India Style Prawn Curry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Add 1/2 pod of garlic and paste of 2 onions to 3 tbsp of vegetable oil and fry it well.

  • STEP 2.Now add 2 tbsp of east indian bottle masala and cook this well.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Make the tomato paste and add to it.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Add 3/4th of the first extract of coconut milk to the pan.

  • STEP 5.Put 1/2 kg of prawns into the mixture and bring it to boil.

step 6

  • STEP 6.Now add 1 1/2 cup of the second extract of coconut milk and allow it to cook for some time.

  • STEP 7.Add a pinch of sugar and the required amount of salt to the mixture and boil it for 7 minutes.

step 8

  • STEP 8.Pour 1/2 tbsp of east indian vinegar and the remaining, first extract of coconut milk and give it the final stir.
