Ingredients for Durian Crepe Recipe

  • 30 gram wheat flour
  • 15 gram custard powder
  • 50 gram tapioca flour
  • 150 milliliter Water
  • 65 milliliter Milk
  • 1 Nos egg
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 50 milliliter strawberry extract
  • 50 milliliter pandan leaf extract
  • 300 gram whipping cream
  • As required Durian

Directions: Durian Crepe Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add wheat flour,custard flour,tapioca flour,sugar,egg,milk,oil and water(100 ml) and mix all well to prepare batter

  • STEP 2.Then strain the batter through a sieve

step 3

  • STEP 3.Transfer the batter into 3 separate bowls and add pandan extract,strawberry extract and water in each bowl

step 4

  • STEP 4.Mix thoroughly and keep it aside for 15 mins

step 5

  • STEP 5.Beat whipping cream until stiff

step 7

  • STEP 1.heat a non stick pan at medium flame

step 8

  • STEP 1.now pour a thin layer of batter onto the pan and remove the crepe skin it once it solidifies

step 9

  • STEP 1.now put a tbsp of whipped cream onto the middle of crepe skin and add a spoonful of fruits.

step 10

  • STEP 1.now wrap up in the shape of a fluffy pillow.

step 11

  • STEP 1.serve chilled
