Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together ground pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped spring onions.
  • STEP 2.Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  • STEP 3.Fold the wrapper in half and pinch the edges to seal the dumpling.
  • STEP 4.In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the dumplings.
