Ingredients for Dumplings Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
  • 1 cup pork or beef
  • 3 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup Scallion
  • 1.50 cup Napa cabbage
  • 4 tablespoon shredded bamboo shoots
  • 2 piece fresh ginger, finely minced
  • 1 No.s garlic cloves, finely minced

  • STEP 1.Stir the flour in salt and knead to form a dough. Make smooth ball and let it rest for 20 minutes.

  • STEP 1.Make the filling by red wine, soy sauce and white pepper stirring in one directions.

  • STEP 2.Knead the dough on the platform and make small spheres, roll into small circles and fill the stuffing.

  • STEP 3.Wet the edges of dumplings with water.

  • STEP 1.Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add half the dumplings, giving them a gentle stir so they don

  • STEP 4.T stick together. Bring the water to a boil, and add 1/2 cup of cold water. Cover and repeat.

  • STEP 1.When dumplings come to boil the third time make a boil and drain.

  • STEP 1.If you want pan fried they can be pan fried as well.
