  • STEP 1.Boil the baby potatoes until they are tender. Peel the skin and prick them with a fork.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and fry the potatoes until they turn golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, and sauté until golden brown.
