Ingredients for Dudh ilish Recipe

  • 2 Pieces Ilish fish
  • 1/2 Cups Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 Tsp Musterd powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp termaric powder
  • 2 Tbsp Musterd oil
  • 2 Pieces Green chilies
  • 3 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coriender powder

Directions: Dudh Ilish Recipe

  • STEP 1.Fry ilish in musterd oil
  • STEP 2.Add oil to the frying pan and add cumin seeds
  • STEP 3.Then one by one add salt cumin powder coriender powder and tomato and stir it well
  • STEP 4.Then add musterd powder,termaric powder and fried fish
  • STEP 5.At last add the milk and boil it for 2 mins and its ready to serve
