Ingredients for DRY TIL MULTI-PURPOSE CHUTNEY Recipe

  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 3 Pieces Garlic
  • 10 Pieces Curry leaves
  • 3 Tbsp Urad dal
  • 1 Cup Sesame seeds
  • 1 Tsp Asafoetida
  • 1 Tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp Chaat masala
  • 2 Tsp Cumin powder
  • 2 Tsp Coriander powder
  • A pinch Turmeric
  • As required Salt

Directions: Dry Til Multi-purpose Chutney Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat the oil on the gas and sauté garlic, urad dal and curry leaves.
  • STEP 2.Add 1 cup til and hing when the dal takes a light brownish color and switch off the gas.
  • STEP 3.Let it cool completely.
  • STEP 4.Grind the mixture with all the other ingredients. Store the chutney in an airtight container.
