Ingredients for Dry potato bhaji Recipe

  • 0.33 Pieces Medium-sized
  • 0.33 tsp I tsp cumin seed and mustard seeds
  • 0.33 Tsp Spoon salt
  • 0.33 g aram masala
  • To Taste Red chili powder
  • A Pinch Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 To Taste spoon dhaniya leaves

Directions: Dry Potato Bhaji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Put the pan on flame and heat the oil. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Roast them for few minutes.
  • STEP 2.Add potatoes chunks to the pan. Mix it gently for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
  • STEP 3.Add turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder and mix it well.
  • STEP 4.Turn the flame to medium and cover it with a lid. Cook it for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Keep stirring it a little bit after 2 minutes.
  • STEP 6.To check if the potato is cooked try to cut it from the center with the spatula.
  • STEP 7.Sprinkle some garam masala and dhaniya leaves over the potatoes. Mix it well. Then serve it
