Dry pepper chicken is a mouthwatering dish where the flavors of peppercorns are dominant. It is an ideal dish to be served with jeera rice or veg fried rice.

STEP 1.Dry roast red chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, peppercorns lightly till aromatic.
STEP 2.Keep it aside and let it cool.
STEP 3.Slice the onions and fry till brown. Let it cool.
STEP 4.Grind the roasted spices. Add the fried onions to it and grind it further. Keep aside.
STEP 5.Heat oil in a kadhai and add the ginger paste, garlic paste and the chicken. Fry for 5 minutes.
STEP 6.Add the ground masala paste into the chicken.
STEP 7.Add the curry leaves, salt and fry everything well.
STEP 8.Add some water and cover and cook for 15 minutes
STEP 9.Check the seasoning.
STEP 10.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
STEP 11.Best served with any tempered rice like jeera rice, veg fried rice, masala rice.
