Ingredients for DRY PEPPER CHICKEN Recipe

  • 100 g chicken
  • 1.33 Pieces Red chillies
  • 0.33 Tbsp coriander seeds
  • 0.33 Tsp cumin seeds
  • 0.33 Tbsp Peppercorn
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 0.67 Pieces onions
  • 0.17 Tbsp ginger paste
  • 0.17 Tbsp garlic paste
  • 0.33 Stems Curry leaves
  • As Required Salt
  • 0.33 Stems Coriander leaves

Directions: Dry Pepper Chicken Recipe

  • STEP 1.Dry roast red chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, peppercorns lightly till aromatic.
  • STEP 2.Keep it aside and let it cool.
  • STEP 3.Slice the onions and fry till brown. Let it cool.
  • STEP 4.Grind the roasted spices. Add the fried onions to it and grind it further. Keep aside.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a kadhai and add the ginger paste, garlic paste and the chicken. Fry for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Add the ground masala paste into the chicken.
  • STEP 7.Add the curry leaves, salt and fry everything well.
  • STEP 8.Add some water and cover and cook for 15 minutes
  • STEP 9.Check the seasoning.
  • STEP 10.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
  • STEP 11.Best served with any tempered rice like jeera rice, veg fried rice, masala rice.
