Ingredients for Dry Paneer Chilli Recipe

  • 125 gms Paneer
  • 1 pieces Onion
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum
  • 1/4 cup Bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp Spring onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Ginger chilli garlic paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp Ginger chilli garlic chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander stem
  • 1/2 Tbsp Green garlic
  • 1.50 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp Red chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp red chilli garlic chutney
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • as required Oil for fry
  • As Required For Ganishing Spring onion
  • As Required For Ganishing reen garlic to garnish

Directions: Dry Paneer Chilli Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut paneer in a cubes. Coat with1tbsp. Cornflour.Add1-2tsp. Water and red chilli garlic chutney mix well. Heat oil and fry -2min.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan. Saute chopped chilli garlic ginger add chilli garlic ginger paste and saute on fast flame. Add chopped coriander stems.
  • STEP 3.Now add onion shells dice capsicum and bell peppers. Saute and toss on high flame.
  • STEP 4.Take 1/2cup water in a pan. Dilute corn flour vinegar soya sauce red chilli sauce and ketchup. Mix properly. And add in a vegetable mixture. Add salt and fried paneer. Add crushed pepper powder and red chilli powder. Stir well. Lastly add chopped spring onion and green garlic. Mix it well. Paner chilli is ready. Turn off flame.
  • STEP 5.Tasty Dry Paneer Chilli is ready to serve. Seeve hot. Garnish with spring onion and gren garlic.
