This is a favorite snack and starters for all mushrooms lovers. I like mushrooms because it is a rich source of protein and has an earthy flavor. Here is my recipe of preparing the dry mushrooms manchurian snacks and starters.
62.50 gram whole mushrooms washed, cleaned and sliced into half
1 tablespoon cornstarch or cornflour
1/2 tablespoon All purpose flour
0.13 teaspoon soya sauce
0.13 teaspoon Salt
As required Little water
1/4 teaspoon garlic paste
1/4 green chillies finely chopped or grated
As required Ingredients for the manchurian
1/4 tablespoon refined oil
1/2 mini bell peppers
1/4 tablespoon finely chopped white part of green onions
3/4 tablespoon finely chopped green leaves of the green onions
1/4 teaspoon garlic finely chopped or grated
3/4 tablespoon hot sauce
As required oil for frying
