  • As required Mixed Nuts Burfi
  • As required Ingredients :
  • As required One small cup Badam
  • As required One cup Pista
  • As required One cup Walnut
  • As required One cup Pumpkin seeds
  • As required One cup Cashew
  • As required Two cup Milk powder
  • As required One cup sugar
  • As required Half cup ghee
  • As required Measure all the ingredients with the same cup

Directions: Dry Fruits Burfi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Slightly roast all the nuts and grind it into coarse powder
  • STEP 2.Boil half cup water with sugar. Make sugar syrup with one string consistency. Add the milk powder slowly and mix well without any lumps then add the nuts powder and half of the ghee. Stir continuously in between add the remaining ghee. Do it in low flame. Stir until the mixture into thick if make a ball with the mixture that is the correct consistency. Switch off and transfer the mixture into a greased plate. This burfi is very healthy and very tasty.
