Ingredients for Drunken Noodles Recipe

  • 4 ounce Wide dried rice noodles
  • 0.13 cup Soy sauce or tamari
  • 0.13 cup Vegan oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Water
  • 1 tablespoon Oil, i used canola oil
  • 1.50 Cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1.50 Green onions, chopped
  • 11.50 Thai chilies, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 2 ounce Firm tofu, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup Thai basil, you can also use regular basil or omit this ingredient if you cant find it
  • 1/4 cup Canned baby corn, drained, rinsed, and cut into vertical halves
