Ingredients for Drunken Ginger Soup Recipe

  • 2 piece chicken quarter
  • 3 cup Water
  • 1.50 cup shaoxing wine
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 piece Ginger
  • 8 No.s chinese dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil

Directions: Drunken Ginger Soup Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Soak the dried mushrooms in water. Set aside for ½ hour.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Add 3 cups water in a pot, add 1 ½ cup shaoxing rice wine and bring to boil and then add chicken meat.

step 3

  • STEP 2.Add sliced ginger, salt to taste then simmer and cook for 45 minutes.

step 4

  • STEP 1.After 45 minutes add the mushrooms and sesame oil then simmer for 15 minutes more. Serve fresh.
