Ingredients for drumstick chana dal Sambhar Recipe
1/4 cup cooked pureed chana dal
1.25 nos Drumsticks
1/2 nos onions chopped
1/4 nos Tomato chopped
0.06 cup green peas
0.06 cup chopped carrot
1/4 tsp Salt
0.13 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Sambhar powder
1/4 tbsp Oil
0.13 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 sprig Curry leaves
1/4 tbsp freshly grated coconut
1/4 tbsp Chopped coriander
1/2 cups Water
1/4 tsp Lemon juice
Directions: Drumstick Chana Dal Sambhar Recipe
STEP 1.In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and then saute onion for 2 mins. Now add tomatoes, salt, turmeric, red chillie powder.
STEP 2.When they are soft and mushy. Add cooked dal, boiled green peas, carrot, drumstick and sambhar powder, freshly grated coconut, and let it boil. After 5 mins add chopped coriander and lemon juice and serve
STEP 3.Serve hot with steamed rice
