A Stem Spring Onion for garnishing (finely chopped)
As Required Oil for deep frying
0.33 tsp Dark soya sauce
0.17 g Red chilli paste
0.17 g Egg
0.08 cup maida
1/25 cup Corn flour
0.17 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
to taste Salt
0.17 tsp Pepper
As Required For sauce
As Required Oil
1/2 Pieces Dry red chilli
0.67 pieces Cashews
0.17 g Onion
0.17 Pieces capsicum / bell peppers
0.17 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
0.17 Tsp Shezwan sauce
to taste Dark soya sauce
1/25 cup Tomato ketchup
to taste Salt
0.33 tsp Sugar
Directions: Dragon Chicken Recipe
STEP 1.Take chicken in a bowl and add all the marination ingredients. Mix well and let it marinate for 45 mins. Now heat some oil for deep frying. When the oil is hot drop the chicken in oil and fry till golden. Drain and set aside.
STEP 2.Now heat oil in a frying pan. Add in dry red chilli and cashews and fry till the cashew turn golden brown.
STEP 3.Now add in onions and bell peppers and toss well in the oil.
STEP 4.Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
STEP 5.Now add in red shezwan sauce, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, sugar and mix well.
STEP 6.Cook this for a couple of mins till the water evaporates and sauce thickens.
STEP 7.Now add in the fried chicken and toss well in the sauce. Add in chopped spring onion and mix well.
STEP 8.Serve hot.
