Ingredients for Dosa aaloo Recipe

  • 125 g Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 g Four green chilli finally chopped
  • 1/4 g One chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp Roasted cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 Tsp 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1.50 Pieces currypatta leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 g tbs grated coconut
  • 1/4 tsp I tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 Tbsp tbs soaked chana dal
  • 1/4 tsp sahi garam masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 inch Pinch of Astedeopodia

Directions: Dosa Aaloo Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat another pan and add 2 tbsp oil, then add one by one each ingredients. First add a pinch of asafoetida, mustard seeds, 5-6 curry leaves, chana dal, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, chopped onion, chopped chillies, 1 tbsp lemon. Juice, boiled potatoes, salt to taste and mix well. cook for five minutes.

  • STEP 2.Roast it nicely then garnish with grated coconut and serve it with dosa.

  • STEP 3.In karnatak most probably using coconut. It's healthy and nutritious.
