Ingredients for Dosa Recipe

  • 3/4 cups dosa batter with rice & urud dal
  • 1/2 nos boiled potato
  • 3/4 nos Onion Chopped
  • 3/4 nos green chillies
  • As required Ginger a small piece
  • As required Curry leaves a few
  • 0.06 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 nos Turmeric powder pinch
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 0.06 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 nos red chilli
  • As required Curry leaves a few
  • As required Coriander leaves A few.

Directions: Dosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.heat a pan with oil. put mustard & red chilli & curry leaves. fry.
  • STEP 2.then add chopped onion , green chillies & ginger. fry till done.
  • STEP 3.add mashed potatoes along with some turmeric & salt.
  • STEP 4.add some water about 1/4 cup. cook till all water is gone & the masala is in a semi thick form .
  • STEP 5.make dosa as big as possible . cook both sides till crispy.
  • STEP 6.put some masala in the middle & fold it.
  • STEP 7.serve hot with coconut chutney .
