Kokani special, dudhi/ghia/lauki kay tukde ka halwa, is an awesome dish. It is different as it does not have grated dudhi and as for the name suggests it has big pieces (tukde) of fresh bottle gourd, cooked and sauteed with pure ghee, cardomom powder, sugar and milk. It takes half an hour to make this amazing dish.
