Ingredients for Doodh Cha Recipe

  • 300 gram Water
  • 300 gram Milk
  • 8 gram Ginger
  • 1 piece Clove
  • 1 piece Cardamom
  • 25 gram Sugar
  • 8 gram CTC tea

Directions: Doodh Cha Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Crush cardamom and cloves. Wash and peel the ginger.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Heat water in a bowl , add the crushed cloves and cardamom. Add ginger and boil for 4 min.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Add milk and tea. Add sugar . Mix well.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Boil for 4mins . Strain in a cup and serve with biscuit.
