Ingredients for Donuts Recipe

  • 0.47 cup Flour
  • 0.13 tsp Salt
  • 0.09 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 tsp active dried yeast
  • 0.03 tsp Caster sugar
  • 21.34 cup grm or melted butter
  • 0.03 cup Honey
  • 1/2 nos Egg
  • 25 gram Dark Chocolate
  • 25 gram white chocolate
  • As required Oil for deep fry

Directions: Donuts Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl swift together flour and salt.
  • STEP 2.Then in a another bowl add warm milk and add in the yeast and keep aside untill yeast is all dissolved.
  • STEP 3.Then in warm milk add melted butter honey and eggs. And whisk together until well combined.
  • STEP 4.Then add the wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix with a spatula.
  • STEP 5.Cover with clin wrapp and put a napkin on clin and keep in fridge for 1 hour.
  • STEP 6.The after 1 hour remove the dough from bowl and knead it keep adding flour to form a dough.
  • STEP 7.Then roll it to 1/4 inch thick and cut the shape of the donut with help of glass and nozzle.
  • STEP 8.As you keep cutting put in the heated oil and deep fry it.
  • STEP 9.If you want centre filled donut then dont hollow in between and just fry.
  • STEP 10.Once all donuts are fried melt both the chocolate and keep in bowl.
  • STEP 11.Dip the donuts in chocolate half way and remove and keep. design as you want.
  • STEP 12.For center filled- Just make a hole from between and pipe in the white chocolate and then dip the upper half in dark chocolate.
  • STEP 13.Design as you want.
  • STEP 14.And serve.
