Pizza is considered to be one unhealthy food, as it is made using all purpose flour, yeast etc. But who says pizza cannot be made healthier ? yes, there are various options that can be replace with the flour and yeast. Just the way i do, i opted for whole wheat flour and to make it even healthier i just used some baking powder as a replacement of yeast. Vegetables are always healthy, so to go with that some cheese is acceptable. Wanna know how, let us quickly move on to the recipe. Well i have shared a skillet pizza recipe earlier also but that wasn’t 100% wheat flour. Hence sharing a typical domino’s style whole wheat veg supreme skillet pizza, similar recipe but an absolute healthy version.

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1.50 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Toppings : chopped vegetables, broccoli, red and yellow bell peppers, mushroom, olives etc
  • 1/2 cup paneer or tofu, small cubes
  • 4 tablespoon Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Mozarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Oregano flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
