Ingredients for Dimpuri Recipe

  • 2.33 g Egg
  • 0.33 tbsp Chopped onion
  • 0.33 g Chopped ginger
  • 0.33 g Chopped garlic
  • 0.33 g Chopped Green chillies
  • 0.33 tbsp Chopped tomatoes
  • 0.33 tbsp Chopped coriander
  • 0.33 tsp Paprika powder
  • 0.33 tsp Crushed black pepper
  • to taste Salt (to taste)
  • to taste Sugar (to taste)
  • 0.33 tsp Crushed Roasted
  • 0.33 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.33 tsp Coriander
  • 0.33 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 0.33 g Shahi Garam masala
  • 0.33 cup Milk
  • 1.33 tbsp Parmeasan Cheese (grated)
  • 0.67 tbsp Refined oil
  • 0.33 tbsp Butter

Directions: Dimpuri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil 6 eggs..slice them into halves and remove the yolks
  • STEP 2.Crush the yolks with a fork, add salt,pepper and mix
  • STEP 3.Heat some oil in a nonstick pan and add all the chopped ingredients (as mentioned before) and saute them.
  • STEP 4.Add paprika powder, crushed roasted cumin,coriander and fennel seeds, shahi garam masala, salt, sugar and the crushed yolks, and mix thoroughly..
  • STEP 5.Fill the boiled egg whites with this mixture.
  • STEP 6.Fetch the milk and mix an egg with it..along with salt and pepper
  • STEP 7.Grease a baking tin, place the stuffed eggs, the egg-milk mix and then add the grated cheese on top..along with some butter
  • STEP 8.Bake it in an oven preheated at 180⁰ for 15mins.
  • STEP 9.Dimpuri is now ready to serve!
