Ingredients for Dim Sum Seafood Congee Recipe

  • 1 cup Rice
  • 8.50 cup Water
  • 20 piece manila clams
  • 15 No.s Shrimp
  • 3 No.s oyster
  • 25 gram Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon White Pepper
  • As required A few Green onions

Directions: Dim Sum Seafood Congee Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1. Wash rice thrice and drain.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Add rice to 7 cups of water in a pot.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Boil clams in 1½ cups of water for 1 minute and then remove.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Pour our clam broth to a congee, add ginger strips, salt, fresh oyster fresh shrimp, cooked clams and stir.

step 5

  • STEP 5.Add sesame oil and white pepper. Cook for 3 minutes more and serve.
