Ingredients for DILRUBA RICE Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup Cooked rice
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped carrot
  • 25 Gms Spinach
  • 0.13 Tsp Garam masala
  • 0.06 Tsp Black pepper powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Clarified butter
  • 0.06 Tsp Cumin seeds

Directions: Dilruba Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the rice and cook in a rice cooker.
  • STEP 2.Heat clarified butter in a pan,add cumin seeds to crackle now add spinach and cook for 30 seconds.
  • STEP 3.Add capsicum and carrot and mix it well,also add salt,black pepper and garam masala powder and cook for few mins.
  • STEP 4.Now add cooked rice and mix it well
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with beetroot and grapes raita and curry.
