  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt

  • 0.06 cup Chopped Nuts
  • 0.06 cup Sugar
  • 0.13 teaspoon Cardamom Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, ghee, salt, and water to make a soft dough.
  • STEP 2.Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.
  • STEP 3.Spread a layer of the sweet filling mixture on one half of the circle and fold the other half over it.
  • STEP 4.Seal the edges by pressing them together and make a few slits on the top for steam to escape.
  • STEP 5.Bake the pastries in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • STEP 6.Allow the dilkhush to cool before serving. It can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
