  • STEP 2.In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, salt, and sugar to make a smooth and creamy yogurt mixture.
  • STEP 3.To assemble the chat, place a few puris on a plate. Top them with chopped onions, tomatoes, and boiled potatoes. Drizzle tamarind chutney and green chutney over the puris.
