I call it diet parantha as its filling is most nourishing. Low fat tofu and boiled potatoes, spiced with chaat masala salt pepper added crunch of pomegranate dry seeds (anardana) and onions for flavour. Filled and rolled like parantha but not even shallow fried.greased skillet used for right effect.

  • 2-2.50 piece Tofu
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1/2 bunch small fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 tblspn anardana
  • As required Salt
  • 50 gram Soya flour
  • 50 gram wheat flour
  • 1/2 tblspoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • As required olive oil or Saffola to grease the skillet /tava
