STEP 3.Grind rice and chana dal with water to a idli/dosa batter consistency.
STEP 4.Now add green peas, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and chopped coriander.
STEP 5.Mix all ingredients well.
STEP 6.Heat oil in a pan and then pour some batter directly in the oil with the help of a laddle.
STEP 7.Deep fry both the sides till it changes the colour.
STEP 8.Serve Dhuska along with Aloo Sabzi or Dhaniya Pudina Chutney.
