STEP 1.Take besan, Suji, salt, sugar,water and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix it well All together and keep aside for 3 hours for fermentation.
STEP 2.Then to that add 1 pack of eno and mix it all well. Then take a dhokla steamer to that Grease it with a oil and pour the batter in it. Steam the dhokla for 20 minutes till Uh get spongy dhokla.
STEP 3.Then take it out in a plate. Then for a Fried topping.. take a pan to that add 1 tsp oil followed by mustard seeds till it crackle and
STEP 4.then add green chilli and lemon juice to it.
STEP 5.Then to that add that Fried topping on dhokla and garnish it well with coriander leaves.
STEP 6.Your dhokla is ready. Enjoy it with your family.
