STEP 2.Grind in thick consistancy with curd and leave it for 5-6hrs. To ferment.
STEP 3.For Filling:-Heat oil in a pan.Saute all chopped garlic chopped spring onion white part and all chopped vegetables on fast flame.Add chilli flax oragano black pepper ketchup chaat masala.Lastly add salt.Saute Properly.Turn off flame.Add cheese spread and mayonnaise.Mix well.
STEP 4.For Dhokla :-Take a batter and beat with fingers.Add garam masala salt Ginger chilli paste and turmeric powder. Beat well.Lastly add eno pouch and 1tsp.hot water.
STEP 5.Grease oil in a plate transfer batter in a plate and steam for 10-12min. Take out and cut in a round shape.
STEP 6.Heat grill pan and spread butter and black sessme seeds.Grill all round shape dhokla.And take in a plate.
STEP 7.Spread Mint coriander Chutney on one side dhokla and fill Vegetables mixture.Apply Myonese and cheese spread on other dhokla and cover it.
STEP 8.Like this way prepare all dhokla burgur. And serve.
STEP 9.Tasty Tangy Dhokla Burger is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves.
