Ingredients for Dhokla Recipe

  • 1 cup Besan
  • 1 teaspoon Asofoetida
  • 1 g Spoon ginger garlic paste
  • as required Lemon
  • as required St
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • as required Eno
  • as required Curd
  • 1 teaspoon Rai
  • as required Curry leaves
  • as required reen chilly as required

Directions: Dhokla Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl. Add curd,ginger garlic paste in it and mix well
  • STEP 2.Add all spices and mix well
  • STEP 3.Add besan and mix well
  • STEP 4.Add some water and mix continueously so that no lumps formed
  • STEP 5.Take a tin. Grease with oil.
  • STEP 6.Add batter in it and add eno and mix well
  • STEP 7.Tap well
  • STEP 8.Not steam for 30 min.
  • STEP 9.When it cools down, add rai and curry leaves tadka.
  • STEP 10.Its ready
