STEP 1.1. Mix chicken with 1/2 tbsp salt, 1/2 tbsp pepper, 3 tbsp lemon juice and keep it covered for 10 minutes
STEP 2.2. This time I will paste coriander leaves and chillies.
STEP 3.3. Now I will heat a pan with 3 tbsp white oil .
STEP 4.4. Add 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste in it.
STEP 5.5. It will fry well and add it to the chicken pieces.
STEP 6.6. Fry well for 3-4 minutes
STEP 7.7. I will cover it and leave it for 4 minutes on low heat.
STEP 8.8. I will open the lid and stir it and cover it again for 5 minutes....the chicken will be cooked in its own water.
STEP 9.9. Now you have to pour the coriander mixture
STEP 10.while open the lid.
STEP 11.10. Now mix a little salt and cook for 5 minutes on high heat .
STEP 12.11. Turn the gas off and it's ready for serve.
STEP 13.12. I have used onion ,criander ,chilli, lemon for decoration it.
