Ingredients for Devil's Curry Recipe

  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 3 pound Chicken
  • 1 Nos potato
  • 1 cup Water
  • As required Salt and sugar
  • 2 tablespoon white vinegar
  • As required Cilantro
  • As required Ingredients for spice paste
  • 20-30 Nos dried red chillies
  • 8 Nos small shallots
  • 5 Nos garlic cloves
  • 3 stalk Lemongrass
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Galangal
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1-2 tablespoon Water

Directions: Devil's Curry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Grind all the spice ingredients and make a fine paste

  • STEP 1.add oil in a pot & heat it

step 3

  • STEP 1.add mustard seeds and let it crackle

step 4

  • STEP 1.now add the spice paste and saute it until oil separates

step 5

  • STEP 1.add the chicken, potatoes and mix well and cook it for 8-10 mins

step 6

  • STEP 1.then add some water,salt,sugar & stir well and bring it to a boil.

step 7

  • STEP 1.turn the gas at low flame,cover with the lid and cook it for 20-30 mins

step 8

  • STEP 1.add white vinegar tamarind juice and stir well.

step 9

  • STEP 1.now turn off the flame, garnish with cilantro and serve with hot white rice.
