Ingredients for Dessert : Mango Slice Chum Chum #BSK Recipe

  • 1/2 Litre Milk
  • 1 Tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Sooji
  • 1/2 Tbsp Pista few
  • A Few kesar Few strands
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Milkmaid (Condensed Milk)
  • 1/4 Cups Mango or Slice(Liquid)

Directions: Dessert : Mango Slice Chum Chum #bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make chhena from 1ltr full cream milk by curdling with lemon juice.
  • STEP 2.Add sooji and knead well.
  • STEP 3.Make small balls and stuff a small piece of pista & 2strands of kesar, again make balls and flatten them a little.
  • STEP 4.Add sugar and 3cups of water in a pressure cooker. When it comes to boil add few kesar and put the chenna balls. Cover and wait for 1 whistle. Then simmer and cook for 7/8mins.
  • STEP 5.Cool the cooker under water and take out the Chum Chum from the sugar syrup.
  • STEP 6.ЁЯМ┐Rabdi- Boil milk and when reduce to half, add milkmaid(condensed milk )and cook till all combines well.
  • STEP 7.Switch off and add puree of a mango or 1 cup Mango Slice(Liquid)
  • STEP 8.Cool down both Chum Chum and rabdi.
  • STEP 9.Take 1 chum chum, place rabdi on top & garnish with chopped pista, kaju & kesar. Serve.
