Barnyard millet or commonly known as samak ke chawal is a healthy grain rich in proteins carbohydrates having low glycemix index...a boon to diabetics specially during fasting when such people are prone to increase in high sugar level . Owing to rich in fiber it doesnot give us hunger pangs. Now here i have made an upma of this grain and then given a beautiful heart shape in the muffins mould .i sincerely hope even the kids start having this healthy designer grained upma.
