Ingredients for Desi chinese Recipe

  • 1 A Bunch chings Hakka Noodles
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Chilli oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic and ginger (Minced)
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion (Sliced)
  • 1 g reen Chilies (Slit into half)(optional)
  • 1/4 cup White part of spring onions (Chopped)
  • 0.13 cup carrot (Julienned)
  • 0.13 cup Capsicum (Julienned)(m
  • 1/4 Cups Cabbage (Shredded)
  • 1/2 tsp chings dark Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp Green Chilli garlic Sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tbsp greens of Spring Onion Greens (Chopped)

Directions: Desi Chinese Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take water in a pan and add little salt and a tsp of oil to it. When water starts boiling add cakes of noodles and cook as per the instructions given on the package.
  • STEP 2.Take out in a sieve when done and wash with cold water to stop further cooking.
  • STEP 3.Keep aside
  • STEP 4.Take a wok and add sesame and chilli oil.
  • STEP 5.Once the oil is hot, add garlic and ginger minced and fry for a few seconds.
  • STEP 6.Add onion, green chillies (I didn’t use)and white part of spring onion and fry for a minute.
  • STEP 7.Add carrot, capsicum and cabbage and fry for another minute.
  • STEP 8.Add soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce and stir.
  • STEP 9.Add in salt and boiled noodles and toss nicely.
  • STEP 10.Cook for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
  • STEP 11.Garnish with spring onion greens.
  • STEP 12.Serve hot.
