#mom Happy mother's day to all lovely women's out there. My mother loves carrot halwa n gulab jamun 💕💞💞so i thought to creat something new ,dedicating my delightful parfait to my mom. For making this delightful parfait have used , white chocolate mousse , carrot halwa and gulab jamun in heart shaped ❣️.

Ingredients for Delightful parfait Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Whipping cream
  • 3/4 g 3-4 Carrot g
  • 1/2 tbsp Fresh malai
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 0.06 cup Mawa
  • 1/4 g as per taste Sugar
  • A Few Some chopped nuts
  • 1/4 Pieces as per choice Gulab jamun
  • 25 gms White chocolate compound
  • 25 g ml fresh cream

Directions: Delightful Parfait Recipe

  • STEP 1.For making white chocolate mousse -- Chop the white chocolate into pieces. In a saucepan add Amul fresh cream and heat on medium flame, stir continuously while heating.
  • STEP 2.Pour the hot cream into the chocolate bowl and cover it for 2 mins. After 2 mins stir well until chocolate dissolved completely and gets Creamy.
  • STEP 3.Now in a bowl add heavy cream and beat until soft stiff peaks. Add chocolate and beat again for a min. Chocolate mousse is ready to keep it in the refrigerator to chill.
  • STEP 4.For making instant Carrot halwa-- peel and chop the carrots into pieces and grind coarsely in the mixer jar. Add in a micro safe bowl along with fresh malai and cook for 5 min. After 5 mins. stir well add cook for another 3-4 mins.Now add mawa and cook for a min or two.Add sugar, mix well Cook for another 2-3 mins. Lastly add ghee, cardamom powder mix well and cook for 2 minutes, carrot halwa is ready, let it cool.
  • STEP 5.Now for assembling delightful parfait -- first add carrot halwa in a serving glass (fill 1/4 of the serving bowls/glass), next to add some toasted chopped nuts. now add prepared chilled white chocolate mousse then add some gulab jamun pieces over the chocolate mousse and again fill the glass with carrot halwa. Garnish with some pistachios or nuts.
