  • 0.38 teaspoon Achari ghost masala i used shan brand
  • 0.13 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 0.13 cup Carrot cut into rounds
  • 0.06 cup Peas if using frozen thaw to room temperature
  • 0.06 cup Yogurt
  • 0.03 teaspoon Kewra essence
  • 1/4 cup Sela basmati rice soaked for 20 minutes and drained
