  • 0.83 cup ) dehydrated oystermushroom washed and soak in hot water for an hour .
  • 1 tbsp ) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.17 cup ) shallots roughly chopped
  • 2.67 nos ) cloves garlic roughly chopped
  • 2 tsp ) dried rosemary
  • 2.33 tsp ) dried oregano
  • 2.67 tsp ) dried thyme
  • 3.33 tbsp ) tomato paste
  • 3.17 nos ) cuo coconut milk
  • 3.33 nos ) salt to taste
  • 4 tsp ) black pepoer
  • 4.17 cup ) Vegetable broth
  • 4.33 nos ) coriander leaves for garnishing

Directions: Dehydrated Oyster Mushroom Creamy Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a hot pan add oil. Then shallots , garlic and tomato paste. Let it cook. Then add the soaked mushrooms and all the dried herbs and seasonings . Cook and then add vegetable broth and coconut milk one by one . Cook for 2 minutes then blend into a smooth paste. Strain and you can add little bit of water if needed. Add little bit of olive oil in a hot pan add the strained liquid. Cook for another 2 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and garlic sautéed oyster mushroom . Serve hot .
