STEP 1.In a hot pan add oil. Then shallots , garlic and tomato paste. Let it cook. Then add the soaked mushrooms and all the dried herbs and seasonings . Cook and then add vegetable broth and coconut milk one by one . Cook for 2 minutes then blend into a smooth paste. Strain and you can add little bit of water if needed. Add little bit of olive oil in a hot pan add the strained liquid. Cook for another 2 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and garlic sautéed oyster mushroom . Serve hot .
