Shahi Tukda Is Mughali Dessert Made With Ghee Fried Bread with Thickened Sweetened Milk . Shahi tukda literally translates to a royal piece of dessert. So I give Name Of My dish Is Dawat -E-Khas . In My Dish I Made Shahi Tukda With Roohafza Rabdi And Colourful Falavourful Coconut Laddu

Ingredients for Dawat-E-Khas Recipe

  • 2 Pieces breads piece
  • 500 Cups Milk ml
  • 1 Pinches Saffron stands
  • 2 tsp Roohfja Sharbat ( For Colour)
  • 1/2 cup Nestle milkmaid
  • 2 Tbsp dry fruit (cashew nuts and almond
  • 2 cup Ghee
  • 1 cup Coconut Powder
  • 2 tbsp Roohfja

Directions: Dawat-e-khas Recipe

  • STEP 1.First cut a bread in round shape with cookie cute. Now heat Ghee in a pan deep fry the bread till then crispy and golden brown . Then take out in palat.
  • STEP 2.2. Now put milk in a pan and boil till the milk is reduced in half. Now add Milkmaid and Roohfja Sharbat and cook on low flame and stir continuesly till it become a thick rabri.Roohfja Rabdi is ready.
  • STEP 3.3. Now Put coconut powder in a pan and roast it lightly. Now Divide in 2 parts . In one part add 1 tsp roohfja and mix well pink mixture is ready. In other one add saffron milk and 2 tbsp Milkmaid add mix well yellow mixture is ready... Now make round shape ball from both mixture ,
  • STEP 4.4. Now in a plate, first of all, spread the Roohfja rabdi, keep the fried bread on it, and keep colourful balls on it. Again repeat the same process and make tower of bread , Rabdi and colourful balls.. now decorate with silver vark and colourful sprinkle and pistachio.
  • STEP 5.5.Dawat-E-Khas is ready to serve .😊
