STEP 2.Wash the Dates, Boil it with 1 Cup of water. When it become soft. Switch off the gas and keep aside then remove seeds. Make a paste.
STEP 3.Preheat oven to 180°C and cake tin grease with oil.
STEP 4.Sift Wheat Flour, Baking Powder, baking Soda, Coco Powder and Salt together and mix.
STEP 5.Add Date paste in a mixing bowl, add oil, milk, vanilla essence to it. Mix well.
STEP 6.Add flour to the wet ingredients slowly and fold gently to get a thick batter.
STEP 7.Now add chopped walnuts, Cranberries and 1 Tbsp wheat flour in a bowl and add them to the batter and mix gently. Now add Vinegar and mix everything together.
STEP 8.Pour into prepared pan.
STEP 9.Decorated with walnuts and cranberries.
STEP 10.Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the tooth pick comes out clean.
STEP 11.Let it cool completely then slice and enjoy.
STEP 12.Without sugar and egg, soft and delicious cake is ready
