Ingredients for Date Palm Jaggery Rasgulla Recipe

  • 1/5 Litre Full cream milk
  • 0.60 Tsp Vinegar
  • 0.40 Cups Liquid jaggery(Nolen Gur)
  • 0.60 Cups Water
  • As Required Cherry for decoration

Directions: Date Palm Jaggery Rasgulla Recipe

  • STEP 1.Bring to boil the milk first. When it will start to boil switch off the flame.
  • STEP 2.Make it cool for 5minutes & then add vinegar to make it curdle.
  • STEP 3.Strain the excess water & wash the paneer under cold water.
  • STEP 4.Make it completely dry then.
  • STEP 5.Mash it well then & make small balls.
  • STEP 6.Boil jaggery syrup with water. When it will start to leave bubble add paneer balls. Boil it in high for 10minutes with lid. After that open the lid & boil it another 10minutes in medium flame without lid.
  • STEP 7.Once it's done switch off the flame . Make the rasgullas cool in room temperature.
  • STEP 8.Keep it in fridge then & make it chilled.
