My classic chocolate mousse is light, eggless and with only three ingredients yet intensely chocolate. Melt your dark Chocolate with butter, make a smooth ganache and fold it with whipped cream and let it set in refrigerator for 1 or 2 hr. That's it. Decorate it as you like to serve.
