This is authentic sweets in Madhyapradesh! I learned it from my mother.They are so soft in texture t melt on tongue.But the main thing is rubbing the roasted mixture! If u rub it neatly the laddus become soft.Kid n grown ups like it.
STEP 2.1)Heat desi ghee add maida roast on low flame for 15 minutes
STEP 3.3)Heat ghee add Suji saute on low flame till aroma spreads
STEP 4.4)Take roasted maida n suji in big Thali add cardamom nutmeg powder,sugar mix well
STEP 5.5)Rub with hands till the ghee starts to oze n the mixture becomes soft
STEP 6.6)Make Laddus,decorate with dry fruits or raisins.
