#BPF This is authentic sweets in Madhyapradesh! I learned it from my mother.They are so soft in texture t melt on tongue.But the main thing is rubbing the roasted mixture! If u rub it neatly the laddus become soft.Kid n grown ups like it.

Ingredients for Daraba_Laddu Recipe

  • 0.67 Cups Maida
  • 0.33 Cup Fine suji
  • 1 Cups Powdered sugar
  • 0.67 Cups Desi ghee
  • 0.33 Tsp Cardamom nutmeg powder
  • As Required Raisins

Directions: Daraba_laddu Recipe

  • STEP 1.Method_Collect all ingredients
  • STEP 2.1)Heat desi ghee add maida roast on low flame for 15 minutes
  • STEP 3.3)Heat ghee add Suji saute on low flame till aroma spreads
  • STEP 4.4)Take roasted maida n suji in big Thali add cardamom nutmeg powder,sugar mix well
  • STEP 5.5)Rub with hands till the ghee starts to oze n the mixture becomes soft
  • STEP 6.6)Make Laddus,decorate with dry fruits or raisins.
