Ingredients for Dalia polao Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup dalia
  • 1 Cup water
  • 3 Tbsp Chopped carrots
  • 3 Tbsp Chopped beans
  • 1 Tsp Chopped ginger
  • 3 Tbsp Green peas
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • 2 Pieces Green cardamum
  • 2 Pieces Clove
  • 2 Pieces Green chili
  • 1 Inch Cinnamon stick
  • 1 Pieces Bay leaf
  • 1.50 Tbsp Honney
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Dalia Polao Recipe

  • STEP 1.1st dry rost the dalia for 3-4min in medium to low flame ...then wash the dalia and put it aside to drain water
  • STEP 2.Thn heat a nonstick pan and poured ghee ..then put bayleaf ,green cardamum,connimon stick, cloves and stir it for 10-20 second in low flame ...
  • STEP 3.Thn add chopped ginger and green chillis and stir it for 1min in low flame then add chopped carrot, beans ,green peas and stir it for 4min in low flame
  • STEP 4.Afterthat ..add the dalia and stir it for 2min in low flame ...then add 1cup water,salt,honey...and cover the pan for 10min in low flame ...
  • STEP 5.Dalia polao is ready to serve....
